CyberCafePro can be setup to allow Accounts or Timecodes to be used in multiple cafes. This will allow a cafe to sell a code and then give the option to the customer to use it at any of the company's locations.

Each employee can be issued their own unique Username and Password. This will allow CCP to track each employee.
Employee Restrictions
Using CyberCafePro you can choose on a point-by-Point basis what your employees can access. Each employee can be given different rights on CCP and these rights can only be changed by an admin.

CCP allows the admin to run reports using an employee filter. This allows the admin to view the action of each employee separately.

CyberCafePro has created a system to allow ESRB guidelines to be followed in the cafe. CyberCafePro is the only system to be approved by the ESRB to allow owner to enforce their guidelines (although others may claim to be).
Account / Timecode Mode - PrePaid - Now Barcode Scanner Friendly!!
Accounts and Timecodes can be used at the same time or the admin has the option of allowing only one mode. Ex. Timecodes only. The admin can modify the CCP Client login to reflect the prepaid pricing setup of the cafe.
Account Mode
Charge your customers for prepaid time which they can access using a Username and Password. Accounts can be created for 5 minutes to 999 hours.
Timecode Mode
Charge your customers for prepaid using a 5 to 15 digit alpha-numeric code. Timecodes can be created for 5 minutes to 999 hours.
User Account Photos
Add user pictures to accounts with any webcam and a simple click of a button! Or add an already existing image such as user image, photo ID such as passport or drivers license, etc.
User Account Photo Desktop Hover
View the photo associate with the User by simply placing the mouse over the Client Icon. Simple and Easy.
Unlimited Accounts or Timecodes
CCP allows the employee to create unlimited time accounts.
Expire Accounts or Timecodes
The admin can assign an expiry date to any prepaid sale. Quick buttons are included to expires in a day, week...
Create Multiple Codes
The admin can create up to 1000 codes in advance for sale at anytime.
Custom Pricing Grids
Create any pricing structure to suit your cafe. Assign different prices to Timecodes and Accounts and sell them at the same time. This allows you to have different pricing for Accounts and Timecodes. Example: Give members (Accounts) a discount over walk-in business (Timecodes)
Grouped Accounts/Timecodes
Sell Timecodes that only work on specific computers in your cafe. ie. You can have codes that only work on gaming or surfing computers. (3 groups max.).
Overtime Mode Option
Overtime mode allows the customer to continue with the program they are running when their time expires. The admin can then ask them to buy more time or end the session. The Control Station will be notified when this occurs. This is disabled by default.
End of Session Options
Choose what happens to your computer at the end of each session. You can: lock the computer, reboot, enter Overtime mode or run a batch file.
Play & Pay Pricing Mode (Pay after session)
Play and Pay Mode
This allows the customer to sit at a computer and pay after the session is complete.
Pricing Options
Play and Pay mode provides many pricing options to customize the cafes pricing structure. Such examples are Basic Pricing, Bulk Pricing & Scheduled Pricing.
Basic Pricing
Assign an hourly rate & a minimum charge to a session.
Bulk Pricing
Assign a more complex pricing structure that adjust the price as more time is used.
Example:
15 minutes=$5
30 minutes=$7
1 Hour=$9
2 Hours=$15 etc..
Scheduled Pricing
Assign a price based on the time of day and have it change at any time you desire. This allows for peak-pricing pricing setup.
End of Session Options
Choose what happens to your computer at the end of each session. You can: lock the computer, reboot and/or run a batch file.
Manual Timers
Time Laptops, Xbox, PS2 etc..
CyberCafePro has created timers to time sessions of non-computer related activities. Time Xbox, Laptops, Pool Tables or anything else in your cafe.
Reporting & Logs
Sales Reports
Generate and print reports on the sales activities of the cafe. Use the dozens of filter to generate the exact report the cafe needs.
Reporting Periods
CCP allows the admin to generate report from several reporting periods including: Day, Month, Year or between specific dates or times.
Auto-Email Reports
CCP can email a Sales Report, Log file Report, or a Program Usage Report at a time you choose.
Logs
CyberCafePro keeps a log of all transactions and CCP Client actions in the cafe. Each employee action is logged in an easy to find manner.
CCP Control Station to Client Communication
Order System
Your customers can order food, drinks, or other services from the comfort of their own chair.
Chat System
Employees can chat with customer from the Control Station to send messages.
Volume Control
The employee can adjust the volume on individual computer or adjust them all.
Transfer Session to a Different CCP Client Computer
Transfer a session from one CCP Client to another all without having to start a new session.
Timer Bar

Client Help
A customer of the cafe can read a help message or any message you desire by pressing the 'Help' button on the CCP Client Desktop.
Shutdown All Computers
At close, you can shutdown all computers from the CCP Control Station with the click of a button. Individual computers can also be shutdown from the CCP Control Station.
Reboot All Computers
You can reboot all computers from the CCP Control Station with the click of a button. Individual computers can also be rebooted from the CCP Control Station.
Language Module Editor
Create any language you wish using this editor (Western Script only). This included as an option in the CCP Control Station install.
