What will be the Best for me ???

Hey guys.
I am now in confusion. I am now studying in 12 and next year I have to Leave my present collage and join new one. I have my own dreams and plans for future but situations are against me and do not wants me to get it. The confusion is...
I want to be an engineer. An aeronautical. I want to make this whole sky mine by entering the aeronautical field. But the problem is our country doesn't have permission for aero plane repairing and pilot course and such. Aeronautical engineering is actually >==> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerospace_engineering and this subject have no skim in our country. In another hand I have included my self in IT world too. Now I am in confusion to choose what for my future aeronautical engineering or IT engineering. Day by day this tension is eating me.

My aim is to study aeronautical engineering and it is my dream and my disaster too but I and my financial background is also not strong. It would be better if I would get any scholarship but I have not seen any probability. So what will be the best path for me. I do not want to choose any other thing except engineering. So guys please suggest me and show me the path
